We offer several levels of Premium Services to help our customers meet their processing goals. Our standard turn time, meeting most orders’ requirements, for Backgrind processing is 2 to 3 business days, the fastest standard turn times in the industry, and only 5 to 7 business days for Grind & Polish operations.

For both process areas, we offer “Quick Turn”; this option is for smaller quantity order sizes. Large orders can be shipped in smaller quantities over several days, if desired.

“Quick Turn” allows processing in one business day for a 50% premium and “Same Day” turn for a 100% premium. We will even work evenings, weekends and holidays with a standard overtime charge. Just give us a call or email us for quotes or to discuss your requirements.

Our standard turn time is 48 to 72 hours.

“Quick Turn” service is 50% extra for 1 business day.

“Same Day” service is 100% extra, if received before 10 am.
